Notes from the HOA Board of Directors
Update on Valley Green HOA playground vote and reminder:
1. The vote from the April HOA meeting on replacing the playground equipment and joining with the Village at Valley Green townhomes HOA was passed by our members, 2/3 in favor and 1/3 against, with 93 members voting. The Board has directed the playground committee (Mary Goodman, Ed Kerins, Monica Scheinler) to begin implementing the necessary steps to accomplish this as soon as feasible. The committee is asking for member volunteers to help with the assembly process, probably in the first part of July.
2. Reminder: Make sure your post lamp is on after dark as required by the VGHOA CCRs. Our CCRs and By Laws are accessible directly on the VG home page http://www.valleygreenhoa.com/ .
3. Reminder: No signs of any kind are allowed to be posted outside your house, political, advertising, tradesman, etc. Only a real estate sign advertising a house sale is permitted on your lawn. This is a also a requirement of the VG CCRs that are part of every deed within VG.
4. The Board has received complaints about dogs pooping in yards other than their owners. Please do not assume that you may let your dog use anyone else's yard "to go" even if you pick up after your pet.
Thank you for your support and cooperation in all of these efforts.
President, VG HOA
