Notes from the HOA Board of Directors
If you are planning to sell your home or are in the process of selling your home, by law, you must notify the Homeowners' Association and obtain a Transfer Certificate for the new owners. All buyers have five days to review the covenants and must sign documents acknowledging the Homeowners' Association and Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CCRs) that apply to the development. If you need additional information on this matter, feel free to contact a member of the HOA Board of Directors or your Realtor.
Parking
More than 2/3 of the residents have voted in favor of a new covenant to restrict on-street parking. Based on the wishes of the residents, the Board is now researching how best to implement a new covenant.
